Stunning view of the canal and marsh from the Private Screened Porch. First floor, side- entrance unit which means privacy! Our lovely home can sleep 4. It's ideal for a family that wants to be steps from the beach and close to EVERYTHING. The first-floor location makes it convenient for seniors or anyone not wishing to navigate a lot of stairs.

*PLEASE NOTE! 7-day, Saturday to Saturday, Rentals ONLY in the Summer (Memorial Day-school starts). We are happy to quote you a monthly rental rate for off-season months (November through March) -- just ask.
DOG FRIENDLY: We designed this home's finishes to be pet friendly because we love to walk our dogs on the beach! Dogs have been in this home. Our cleaners do a FABULOUS job of cleaning our villa, however, if you have strong pet-allergies, this may not be the place for you. If you want to share your Fripp experience with your dog, they are welcome in our home! Dogs allowed at this property -- 2 dogs only. $150 extra fee for each dog.
All of the island amenities (golf, tennis, pools, restaurants, bars, etc.) are owned by the Club. In order to use these amenities, you have to be a Club member or a guest of a Club member. We are Club members and can purchase guest cards for you for an additional fee. The prices are set by the Club and vary depending on the time of year and length of stay. Rates are $50/card for a summer week or $35/card for non-summer rentals. Amenity Cards are REQUIRED for anyone 13 years old or older.

If you want a golf cart or bike to get around the island, we recommend booking your rental with the Fripp Island Excursions & Rentals. They are located on the island, have MULTIPLE options, & can service the cart/bike immediately if necessary. Off-island vendors are also available such as Sutcliffe and Sea Island Cart Rental. Be sure to reserve a gas golf cart. There are no charging stations in the parking lot.
Enjoy fishing or crabbing on the private dock right out the back door, reserved specifically for Beach Club Villa guests! Grill on the community charcoal grills.
