Bedroom 3
The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk bed and personal desk and chair for remote students or workers. A lovely small space perfect for kids or tweens.

This smaller bathroom has a step in shower and classic designs. The bathroom is off the living room and en suite to the bunk bed room.
Bathroom 2
This upgraded beautiful bathroom sits with hallway entrance between the bedrooms. There is a combination tub/shower with eye-catching canvas art, marble vanity top and elegant gold trim finishing.
DINING ROOM
This secluded dining room has a lovely table and chair set for 6. It sits between the main living room and the kitchen for easy access. The artsy sideboard cabinet has a bar set on top and dinnerware and glassware. Dine in style in this bright space
KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to feed your hungry crew. Pots, pans, Nutribullet blender, toaster, stainless steel fridge and freezer (with ice maker), and gas range stove and oven. There is a Keurig, filter coffee maker, and French press. There is a dinner service for 12 guests.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is a small cozy room at the entrance to the home. It's a lovely sitting room to enjoy books and conversation in a beautifully decorated space. It sits next to the Florida room and the kitchen. It has a Karaoke machine, so have fun!
THE FLORIDA ROOM
Welcome to our fun Florida Room! A playful room with loads of games, two relaxing armchairs, a large Victorian-style desk, and a desk chair. There is a printer, some free-standing weights, record player with some records and a yoga mat.
THE OUTDOORS
The newly turfed front yard is perfect for kids to play and pets to run around. Enjoy the hammock up front or back by the Casita, sit under the cute white umbrella, and eat outdoors. There are some loungers, a gas grill, and a corn hole to play.
THE CASITA (Sleeps 5-6)
The Guest house is located at the back of the main house with its own private entrance (There are steps). There is a small entry room with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses and a small laundry room with a washer/dryer. Then there is a private living room with a pull-out sleeper sofa, smart streaming TV, personal desk and chair, 4- seater dining table, fully equipped small kitchen, with service for 6 and an en suite king (2 twins together) bedroom.
PARKING:
There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Take note the driveway is very narrow. There is additional street parking.
LAUNDRY CLOSET & SUPPLIES
The laundry room is just off the kitchen area. There is a large capacity washer/ dryer and all the soaps and detergents you need. We also provide a broom, stick vacuum, paper towels, toilet paper, basic soaps, shampoo, and conditioners.

PETS:
Up to one dog allowed - no cats. Guests must pick up after their pets and place waste in the outdoor garbage bins. There is a non-refundable pet fee. Pets should not be left alone in the house or outside overnight. Please, keep pets off the furniture.
