Unsere neu erbaute, grosszügige und moderne Ferienwohnung mit 90 m2. Die Einbauküche ist mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einem Kochfeld ausgestattet. Die Essecke besitzt einen grosszügigen Tisch, an dem 4 Personen bequem Platz finden und bei Bedarf auch vergrössert werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer finden Sie eine gemütliche Eckcouch mit Tisch und einem separaten Sessel. Flachbildfernseher, Telefon und Stereoanlage mit CD sind für Sie vorhanden. Das geräumige Bad ist mit einer begehbaren Regendusche, Badewanne, einem Doppelwaschtisch mit Spiegelschrank, einem Handtuchheizkörper und einem WC ausgestattet. Ausserdem ist noch ein separates Gäste WC und ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden. Auf dem vorhandenen Balkon können Sie ungestört das schöne Wetter und die Aussicht auf das Höchenschwander Moor genießen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit einer Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet, in jedem Raum kann die Temperatur separat nach Ihren Bedürfnissen eingestellt werden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich noch ein Autoabstellplatz.
