Positive: The location, the staff was very helpful, the bike rental was free which was a surprise. Breakfast was very good and the pool was lovely.

Negative: We didnt like how we paid a lot of money and was given room with TV with no netflix and no option to screen mirror. At 5 stars and this price you expect all rooms to have modern TV. We also didnt like how when the cleaning came they didnt clean the toilet and didnt restock anything. No coffee,water etc. but otherwise no complains.
