This luxury villa is located in the quiet community of Watersong.
The Watersong resort itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious clubhouse, landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands.
Step into the first of two sitting areas found in the downstairs level of the villa.
From the lounge situated at the front of the villa you will wander through into the stunningly spacious open kitchen, dining and family living area.
The master bedroom with a King size bed with en-suite bathroom is also on the first floor.
There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 have a queen size beds, and 1 bedroom has two twin size beds.
There are also 2 bathrooms upstairs, one is a Jack and Jill between two queen size bedrooms and the other one is a shared bathroom.
There is Free secured WIFI throughout the house & there are tv’s in all bedrooms.
Outside the large South Facing pool and deck offers a fabulous area with No Rear Neighbors and secluded outlook over a small lake & conservation woodland area.

A resort pool and spa, fitness center, Volleyball Court, children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay. Gym and access to the communal pool are included in your Club House access. *This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
* Pool/spa heat can be added to your booking for an extra fee. We recommend pool heat from October to late May, if you want to enjoy the pool & spa comfortably. Please note the spa does not heat up, if you have not paid for pool heat.
