Summary: The hotel's only positive aspects are its customer service and the convenience of having a laundry room. However, the overall condition of the hotel is poor. The rooms are dirty and run-down, with filthy floors and strands of hair scattered around. The bedsheets also had multiple strands of hair on them. The air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, leading to high moisture levels in the room and making it hard to breathe. Trash removal and room services are not provided. Guests must bring their dirty linen and towels to the staff for exchange. Toiletries are also not provided. It appears that this hotel primarily serves as shelter for local homeless people or families.
