This beautiful house is located just outside of Binisalem and can accommodate up to 8 people. The spacious house is built on one level, has a living area of approximately 240m2 and is situated on a 4000m2 plot. On the plot there is a tennis court and a pond with ducks and swans. There is a large garden and a pool of 11 x 5.5 m with sun loungers. Next to the large terrace there is a barbecue. The house includes a large living-dining room with large screen satellite TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 with en suite and a separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Furthermore, the house has wireless internet.

1. Airport Son Sant Joan near Palma
You leave the airport Son Sant Joan and take the motorway in direction PALMA (Ma-19)
2. Near Palma - Via Cintura
After 5 km you reach the exit "VIA CINTURA". (Exit Nr. 3). Here you turn right to "VIA CINTURA" ("VIA CINTURA is the motorway surrounding Palma).
3. Exit to Inca / Port d'Alcudia
You drive about 3km on the "VIA CINTURA" until the exit INCA / PORT D'ALCUDIA. (Photo left).
From here you follow the motorway until it ends (approx.16,3km). You are driving on the Ma-13
4. Consell/Binissalem
Leave the motorway in direction CONSELL/ BINISSALEM. At the roundabout take the second exit, the next roundabout take the first exit (to BINISSALEM). Follow the Ma-13A for about 3km straight throug the village BINISSALEM. At the end of the village you get to a roundabout.
5. Almost there.....
Take the first exit in direction INCA and follow 600m. After about 600m take the small road to the left. After about 500m (in the curve) you see the entrance in front of you.
