This four bedroom shingle style home boasts gorgeous views of Narragansett Bay and the Newport Bridge. Relax on one of the two water facing decks and soak in the view. Walk down to the sandy beach to take a dip in the water, search for shells or catch some sun. After a day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hit the town to dine out or dine in on the porch that looks upon the "necklace lights" on the Newport Bridge.

As you enter into the house, a comfortable sitting room greet you with a large picture window looking towards the water. A fully applianced kitchen is open to the sitting area and off of the kitchen is a porch that leads to a lower deck. Summary: We truly enjoyed staying at the Boschen House (67 Dumplings) in Jamestown. The home and outdoor spaces provided a much needed respite for us and gave us the right space to spend time with family while social distancing. Elias Matos the caretaker was extremely considerate and anticipated our needs. He was on hand to fix a few things that were not working when we checked in. (See comments below). He seems to care deeply about the up-keep of the property and about visitors having a pleasant stay. Upon check in the front porch was not cleaned. Elias said that the family before had brought in a lot of sandy chairs and the cleaning crew did not clean up after them. However Elias cleaned it up immediately. The tub in the downstairs bathroom was completely clogged and had water and dirt standing in it. It was not usable. Elias fixed that as soon as possible. And the freezer was not working properly and there was melted food stuff and liquid in the bottom. Again Elias took care for that. We really appreciated all of his help and his sensitivity. I also think the mattress in the upstairs queen bed needs a mattress pad. We did not sleep well all week partly because the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Despite these small issues, we hope to return again next year. Lisa and Edward Feldmann
