Hurricane Update: The private beach access at this property is currently closed and will stay closed until this listing is updated otherwise. The area of the yard closest to the ocean has also reduced due to the hurricane wash out. We include photos of this in the listing photos. All guests still have their oceanfront porches in tact, unharmed. Prices and actual availability are as shown. In the meantime, there are alternative beach access points nearby. There is a beach access open within a 1 minute walk and another within 2 minutes. Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.

Set directly on the ocean, this 4-bedroom villa offers an abundance of accommodations for your next gathering of family, friends, or corporate events. This is one of three villas on the same property along the ocean making it a great spot for a large gathering! You'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as enter this spacious villa. Walking to the right of the entrance you'll be greeted with a gorgeous, open living room with ample sofas and a large, flat-screen TV all looking over the ocean.

To the right of the living room is a gorgeous dining room overlooking the oceanfront deck and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy watching the sunrise while enjoying breakfast or the sunset in the evening while indulging in a lovely dinner cooked in the fully stocked kitchen nearby. The chef in the group will love preparing meals in the gorgeous, oceanfront kitchen that boasts granite counters and stainless steel appliances. From the dining room you can step out onto your private, oceanfront porch complete with ample outdoor lounging and dining furniture as well as a gas grill. Past the porch is another, common deck for the other villa guests that sits right past the sandy beach. This deck is just another place you can lay out and enjoy the sun or use the outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes.

Step back into the villa to explore the 4 bedrooms in the home. The master bedroom is just off of the dining room and features a King bed, fireplace, flat-screen TV, and in-suite bathroom. You'll enter the first bedroom to find 2 queen beds. The second guest bedroom hosts 2 twin beds. The fourth guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed and flat-screen TV.

We do provide free Internet at this home on a shared network with others on the property. While do use hospitality Internet from Spectrum with multiple access points and high speed, it is still not enough for streaming. This is due to the way the property is set up as multiple outside buildings that are not connected versus one large interior building. You will still be able surf the web, check emails, etc, but during peak times you may find streaming to be difficult.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. Summary: Perfect location for the beach, property overlooks the beach, and while the private beach access is close due to repair work, beach can be accessed next door only a 2 min walk. Beautiful view of the beach and sea from the patio, and good for stargazing at night too. Property description was accurate, save for a grill brush that we could not locate, also dishwasher tablets/ laundry detergent not included.but overall a pleasant experience. I would start again for sure and recommend to others Thanks Rich!
