Part of the building is used as a large garage. It is convenient to the interstate, shopping centers north of Colorado Springs and Denver is only 40 minutes away. It's located just north of the Air Force Academy and near the foot of Pikes Peak with plenty of tourist options. The property provides country living, surrounded by pines, deer in the pasture, horses grazing and stars at night. It is an ideal place to relax, barbecue, picnic at small lake and hike on nature trails.
