The first floor is home to the kitchen and living room, with dining space for eight. The granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances make for a stunning kitchen.

The first-floor bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom, with a stand-alone shower and double vanity. Connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, the bunk room has two sets of built-in bunks, totaling four twin beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

Summary: This house was great. The location was easily within walking distance of the beach. The place was spacious enough that 6 adults could manage without crawling all over each other. The master bedroom was especially the highlight with a kind bed and plenty of room. The shower in the master bedroom was phenomenal with glorious water pressure. After a day at the beach, that shower was a godsend. The only thing that was even the slightest negative (and this was an inconvenience not a true negative) was the driveway. One of our party had a larger truck and it was a tight fit. But let’s be honest here as this is a first world problem not a dealbreaker. How could you complain about this when the rest of the place was truly wonderful. We would stay here again for sure on the next vacation to 30A!
