The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the incredibly kind and helpful owner, Petra. She went above and beyond for us — even offering to send back some items we had accidentally left behind, which we appreciated immensely. Her local tips, especially regarding parking, were extremely valuable and saved us both time and stress. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel welcome and taken care of.
