The beautiful white-washed villa consists of 2 adjacent units, which are identical split and connected to each other through the basement and the upper terraces. Both units share the beautiful outdoors. The rooms are airy and bright, all bedrooms have access to a spacious outdoor terrace, which offers a direct and unique view of the open sea and both units together.
The ground floor of the two identical split and furnished residential units has each a large friendly living-dining area with a brick semicircle sofa, access to the terrace and the large pool and garden area, a guest toilet and access to the basement. Only in the first house, the kitchen is equipped for use.
