Close to grocery stores, gas shopping, golf, pickleball, tennis, gym, and a host of dining venues. 10-15 minutes to gorgeous Naples beaches. 1.1 miles to Physicians Regional Hospital. Condo has been recently remodeled including new granite countertops cabinetry, and appliances. Open and bright condo that feels like a single-family home inside with a split bedroom floorplan. The master suite with four-poster king-sized bed has a large walk-in closet, dual sinks and large recently tiled shower in the bath. Guest room has a queen-sized bed, closet, dresser, and guest bath is just two steps outside the bedroom door. Den/office has a large desk to work from, and a pull-out sofa. Find a large dining area as well as a bonus relaxation sunroom off of the kitchen, and an eastern facing lanai which is comfortably furnished and includes a roll down screen. Washer-Dryer in unit. Kitchen dishware, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, etc. are here for your use. Community pool is a short walk from the front door. Monthly rental only.
