VRBO required we create a new listing after 9 years and 20 perfect 5 star ratings!!! We had the same guests for the past five seasons but their priorities have changed so we are looking for new great guests!
This home is a great place to get away from the rigors of life and enjoy the peace and quiet of the lower keys or get out and partake in all types of water activities. Little Torch is centrally located in the keys but will make you feel like you are miles away. Great location for boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just lounging.
This is a canal front home, maintained in good condition. The canal is wide enough to dock a 25 foot boat with no problem. You are only 5 homes from the open water on the north side of the island. No bridge to open water. Just minutes away from full service marinas, jet ski rentals, boat ramps, boat rental and fishing.
Little Torch Key is a small island but is close to everything you need to have a great vacation.
Just a short boat or bike ride away is local food, entertainment, nightlife and outdoor activities.

Summary: The unit was very clean. It had good parking. The owner/host and I came to terms. I went on to a different property. It simply wasn't for a single woman.
