Up to six guests will be able to sleep in comfort, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom.
The home has four TVs — one in the living room and three in each bedroom — with internet connectivity, including access to Netflix and Hulu. The dwelling is also stacked with new appliances, including a pellet grill located on the back patio, where you and your guests can relax in the screened lanai.
We also have a gas-operated golf cart.
With the purchase of a temporary Resident ID, you and your guests can enjoy the mind-blowing number of recreational opportunities The Villages offers, including nearly 50 famed golf courses.
