You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're minutes to Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find grocery needs, banking, eateries, and more. Just minutes to Fenney Recreation Center & Nature Trails where you'll find a resort-style family friendly swimming pool, meeting & gathering rooms, a fire pit, and the beautiful Fenney Grill . You are minutes to the Blue Heron Recreation area where you will find the adult pool. The master bedroom has a comfortable adjustable base/head & foot queen size bed, 55" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a master bath with a tub/shower combo. The bedroom and bath are set up with extra towels and linens. Grab some burgers or steaks and invite your new Village friends over to relax with you before heading out to the squares for the live entertainment. The side patio offers an awning and two chairs so you can relax and enjoy after a busy day of activities.
This home is dog friendly and has a GAS GOLF CART, BBQ grill, and FREE WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
