Negative: There was no heating during our whole stay! January in Graz with no heating in an apartment is something you can not imagine to rent to anybody. We have tried to call several times, the girls on the phone were very kind, but could not help us. Finally they sent a cleaning lady with two portable heaters, which definitely could not help us to warm such a big apartment. In the end, all the nice things in the apartment could not make up for the cold and discomfort it caused.

Summary: No heating!
