Having our guests comfort in mind we only use cotton sheets, duvet covers and all weather down/feather comforters.

-External Ring Doorbell Security Camera by the front door.
- Pool is open from sunrise to sunset
- Pool loungers are first come first served. You're welcomed to use the beach chairs by the pool( please make sure you bring them back once done lounging by the pool).
- The guest have access to the entire space, which is a one story home. The space is approx 1,600 s/f.
- Please note that we manage 3 more homes ( 4 total, 3 units being next to each other) in the same community and we can accomodate large groups if needed. Feel free to reach out to be able to book.
Have Small Children?
We provide a pack n-play, high chair ( upon request) and kids tableware for you at the house complimentary year-round. If you need anything else please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
CLEANING
The house is being professionally cleaned and our towels, bedding, and sheets are replaced after each guest. In addition to enjoying your stay, rest easy knowing that it will be a clean and safe one.
PARKING
Our driveway fits 1 car comfortably. You could also use the guest parking located right across the home.

Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed. We are located in the Bayshore Arts District, just a 3 min walk to the Botanical Gardens of Naples / a short 3 mile drive to Historic 5th ave as well as Beaches , Shopping , Fine Dining and a lot more that Naples has to offer. You will also be a stone's throw to the boat marina and Naples famous pickleball stadium.
Guest access
The front door has a smart lock that is coded and provides electronic access to the property. Upon booking,a day prior your arrival a unique entry code will be provided. Simply enter the code to access the property.
Other things to note
The Guest is hereby notified to be cautious when entering or exiting the pool because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present hazards.
- The Guest is further notified that the pool area can be dangerous. The Guest fully accepts to use the pool at their own risk making the Host not responsible for any injuries while using them.
- Adults need to be preset at all times when Kids are using the Pool.
- No Smoking allowed ( additional fees will apply)
- No Glass is safe to be used in or around the pool.
