Quiet and safe area near to I4 just a few minutes from Disney parks and Orlando. Recently renovated living room and front foyer. New flooring in kitchen, laundry, and all bathrooms. House includes faux bar with a wine refrigerator, for those evenings to relax. Screened in pool, stocked kitchen and comfortable family room. We even have enough room to put the game room inside the house! That itself is a bonus!!! The home features Spectrum TV with DVR and 200MB Internet access. We chose this location for the home, because too many people come to Florida, wanting to visit Disney and other parks, but the crazy traffic getting to those places makes for long lines. We have a nice easy short cut, that let you avoid as much of the lines as possible, and still get around. Highways in Florida can be crazy..... Enjoy your vacations with your family in a great area of Florida, near restaurants, malls, groceries, golfing, movies, and shopping!! The list goes on and on! :P Everything you need is within a 15 minute drive. You will be enjoying sunny and relaxing Florida with a great experience by vacationing in our home. We also know that recent changes with VRBO may make it a little more challenging for those on a tight budget.
