Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $150 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. A 4% credit card processing fee will be applied if paying with a credit card.
