Summary: Great location for a family to stay and take day trips to Niagara Falls. Property had lots of fun, billiards, ping pong, etc. Property had pool, but water was far too cold for swimming even in late August. Not sure how “heated” the pool actually was, if that is important to you. Host was communicative. Overall positive experience, but paid extra for the pool but it was largely useless for us.
