Summary: The property is a wonderful space. The 4th floor living room is spectacular and has great space for large family gatherings. We had 11 adults stay for four days and we spent the evenings all hanging out together in this large space.This house is close to the beach but the direct walkway was flooded due to the hurricane that had passed through, so the beach path couldn’t be accessed. We had to get in the car and drive to a place where we could access the beach. We had 3 generations stay, so the elevator was essential for our elders, all over 80, otherwise, there were four flights of stairs. The place was clean for the most part - outdoor swing cushions and covers were dirty but that was the only major issue for me. The communication was good and we would all recommend this place to a friend or family member.
