My home is 7-bedrooms/5 full bathrooms, 3300+ sq. ft., newly remodeled with many modern amenities, such as central air and heat, and a chef's kitchen. The kitchen has every utensil and/or appliance that you could ever need. The home is in the middle of town, yet one-half block off the water, bay side. It's open, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and full of sunlight. It's a family/group dream vacation spot. My home is handicapped accessible, with an entry ramp, wide hallways, and a bedroom with a private handicapped bath and shower. There are two master suites in the home, one upstairs and one downstairs. My home is pet friendly (as long as the pets stay off the furniture!). Guests have a pool pass to use that allows 4 guests at time into Jacobs Aquatic Center at no charge--a savings of $40 per day! There's plenty of parking for up to about 6-8 vehicles, or fewer cars and a boat.
