This is a beautiful quiet neighborhood in rural Winchester that is located right on the lake!
This home comes with a long driveway that has enough room to park up to 6 vehicles and your boat trailer. This is also a great neighborhood to bicycle, jog or just take a peaceful stroll and look for wildlife! Enjoy the fire pit outside with wood provided at the home.
In the winter, TVA lowers the water level to winter levels. December-March the dock maybe inaccessible due to a steep grade in the gangway to the dock caused by the lower water levels. Caution should be used during these times if trying to access the dock.
This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 6 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or the road. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior. Minimum renting age is 25yrs of age.
