Summary: Booking online with VBRO was easy. Zack responded promptly, confirming our reservation. So you'll know, Zack will not provide access instructions until about an hour before your booked time. This caused some initial confusion for us since VRBO instructs us to follow up with the own directly if we have not received instructions 3 days prior. Initial impression was poor: exposed weather stripping hanging on the front door, over-flowing trash and recycling in the back patio with the smell making the patio unusable (this was never removed during my stay), and broken/dangling kitchen window covering. The bath tub is puttied with caulk and the sink has rust stains (at least I hope it's rust stains). Bring your own hair dryer, I had to run out to get one. The kitchen is bare bones. Bring what you need. There were gnats - probable from the trash. The grounds were nice. Not fancy, but not scary. The pool is fine. There is a small kiddie pool but no hot tub. I tried using the washer/dryer unit once so I wouldn't have to pack a wet towel and cover-up but the unit broke. I let Zack know via text and Zack was great with promptly responding. He had a repairman out Saturday evening to try to fix it. This is an older property in need of some TLC. There are nicer options at a better price point but this will due in a pinch.
