This unit is a first floor condo in a quiet residential setting. The back lanai has a water fountain view (fountain off during night-time hours) and is a peaceful setting to relax in. The condo community is friendly and small with 64 units. The complex has a heated pool, a tennis court, and a small clubhouse that may be used for small group activities.

The condo is less than 5 miles from the beach. It is also within a mile of a major grocery store as well as numerous retail and restaurant options.

The condo was recently renovated. The unit has very comfortable high quality beds. It has a queen bed and the 2 new twin beds. The unit has a washer and dryer. Additionally, it includes Wi-Fi, a Roku, and a DVD player.

There is no smoking and no pets. HOA approval is required ($50 + $50/per applicant fee to be paid by lessee to submit HOA approval application. 20 days needed for approval.
