Built in 2017, this spacious tropical enclave gives a feeling of privacy and comfort. Whether entering from the main doors or the two-car garage you are greeted by a covered paver courtyard with seating areas for relaxation and entertainment surrounded by beautiful, lush, tropical plants, flowers, and palm trees. Also immediately visible is the private pool with a sandstone cascade waterfall feature for your enjoyment.
The living quarters show a level of luxury and craftsmanship; the Owner’s Suite has soaring 14 ft tall ceiling with a tray style design and beautiful tile floor across the home; a focal point are the two fireplaces on the opposite ends of the living room. There is a custom chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, island, and beautiful wood cabinetry. The open concept floor plan allows for many entertainment opportunities with dining and lounging areas. Lastly, the large master bedroom comes with an adjustable bed and luxury walk-in shower, or a tub if you feel like relaxing.
In the independent guest suites are separated by the covered courtyard from the Owner’s Suite. However, you can expect the same level of attention to detail and craftsmanship. One suite is on the ground floor that includes a private patio with direct pool access, while the other is on the second floor with its own balcony giving views to the courtyard and the pool. The suites are ideal to share your vacation experience in Marco with family or friends alike.
