This pleasant 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Lee Patio Villa is pet friendly and is located very close to Edna's on the Green in the Village of Marsh Bend. The Villa is conveniently located near the Cattail Family Pool, the Waterlily Pool and Recreation Center, Lowlands Executive Golf Course and the Marshview Pitch & Putt. The Hogeye Sink walking trail is easily accessible via the Lee Villa's walking trail located behind the Villa.
Enjoy your fine cooked meals with friends and family at the dining table that comfortably seats six and/or the breakfast bar which seats three. The kitchen provides ample amount of counter space, cabinet space and comes equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals. The living room includes a large comfortable couch, loveseat and a recliner as well as a large 65" flat screen TV. An ample library is provided for your reading pleasure.
The Master Bedroom includes a Queen size bed, a 43" flat screen TV, dresser w/mirror and a custom-made walk in closet. The private Master Bathroom provides ample counter and cabinet space, and shower w/ sliding glass doors. The Guest Bedroom supplies a Queen size Murphy bed , 43" flat screen TV, dresser and custom-made closet space. The Guest Bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door.
The screened-in lanai has a table with two chairs and features an outdoor ceiling fan to give a comfortable breeze. A table and four chairs are available for outdoor seating.
