Renovated and updated classic beach cottage is a 1 minute walk to a beautiful and quiet beach near Wabasso Beach. The house has 2 bedrooms, one large living room/dining room combination and a modern kitchen The front porch is screened, with a patio table for dining and two patio chairs allowing you to be outside day and night. The back deck has a grill, large round patio table with an umbrella plus some rocking chairs. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a new (2023) pull down Murphy bed with desk, allowing the second bedroom to be used as a remote office and a bedroom, or just a place to do yoga. Original Pine floors throughout! The full bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower. The enclosed, outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. The utility room contains a large washer and dryer. Fast wi-fi throughout, a large screen tv to watch Netflix. The house has a new (2022) heat/AV system that blasts cold air when you want it.
