Summary: The house was as advertised on the inside: clean and everything worked. This is a good space if you were in Tampa to do things in the day, and are looking for a clean, reliable place to sleep. Unfortunately, after I left I was charged $248 dollars for a "stain" on a fitted sheet that I contend I didn't cause or simply never noticed--since the "stain' (which looks like a wet spot on the picture I requested) was at the bottom of a dark blue fitted sheet, which was under the regular sheet, which was under a comforter. So a reasonably priced rental ended up being significantly more expensive than expected.
