This newly remodeled, single-level home is dog-friendly, while boasting great amenities such as a private, heated pool, a spa, and a boat dock. The furnished backyard is the perfect place to fire up the grill for barbecues while taking in a great view of the bay.

This bayfront property is right on the water, giving you access to many nautical actives as you enjoy the island's waters. This home's location places two of the island's great beaches well within your reach. Public beach access is only a mile away, while Manatee Beach is only a two-mile drive! Just a mile away, you'll find the Island Shopping Center. Head north to Pine Avenue, where this island has even more entertainment to offer. From local eateries near the beach to the exhibits of the Anna Maria Island Historical Society museum, you'll have a lot to explore.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.This property is managed by Vacasa Florida LLC.
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Summary: Key Royale is hands down the best holiday rental we have had. The setting is amazing, with great views out to the bay from nearly all rooms and the amazing pool/tub combo. We stayed a month and could have moved in permanently
