Positive: 2 mins from bus stop to slopes, excellent ski/boot store, washing machine and tumble dryer, close to cafes, supermarkets, restaurants. Very helpful owners. Bus /train free travel ticket provided for area around Brixen. Views from the balcony are stunning.

Negative: A bath would have been wonderful for aching muscles !
