Right in front of the sea and the beach of Llenaire, in a beautiful and quiet area in Puerto Pollensa this high quality villa is located. The house is recently restored and perfectly combines a modern interior design with the traditional exterior of the island, always taking care of maximum comfort. The furniture is carefully selected and the decoration is beautiful, practical and cozy. The living room is spacious and bright with direct access to the main terrace. The kitchen-dining room, totally new, is modern and practical with a lot of storage space. Equipped with all the necessary tools for its use, it has Nespreso coffee maker, Mellita coffee maker, water heater, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, osmosis water for drinking, ... It also has an extendable table for eight people, with a large cupboard. It has four double bedrooms (three with double beds, one with single beds), and three bathrooms with shower (two bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite). In the back it has a second covered terrace. Since this season, we have a fantastic pool of 7, 5 m. long by 3.5 m. wide, with a new barbecue, a toilet and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. This modern area is equipped with four sun loungers, a table and eight chairs covered with a large white canvas. Optionally and upon request, a protective child safety fence can be mounted. There is also laundry. The villa is completely surrounded by garden. The front terrace quickly becomes the favorite place of the house with its chill-out furniture and outdoor dining room, ideal for relaxed times along with breakfast and outdoor meals, as well as unsurpassed views. This house is a perfect option for a family or a group of friends who want to be near the sea and the beach, even with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
