Summary: This owner may be new to the program and improvements should be made. EXTERIOR:1. Ingress/egress at the driveway is very dangerous unless there is no traffic flow. Road noise is quite evident and does not encourage one to remain outside the house at all. 2. The landscaping was poor and too much litter in the weedy areas. 3. Pipes sticking out of the ground are hazardous to children and pets. Protruding nails/pipes on the exterior covered porch should be removed for safety reasons. The missing pickets at the fencing should be replaced.4. Walkway stones are uneven and can pose a trip hazard to children and elderly persons.INTERIOR:1. HVAC units were fine but should have instructions for operation.2.Dimmer switches should be installed throughout at all light switches.3. A corner table in the living room with a lamp would be helpful.4. Hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet tissue should be adequately supplied.5. The shower is tiny even for a small adult. Change shower head is to a rain head or add a flexible hose head. The flimsy shower curtain makes it difficult to keep water off the floor.6. Kitchen furniture is cheap/flimsy and cabinets are mounted too high for 5' woman to reach. The microwave is too high. A K cup coffer maker is needed.7. Night stands should be provided in the bedroom with lamps (since we moved one into the living room).8. Closing gates recommended in PM.Overall, interior space was okay. We would not stay here again. Sorry..
