Positive: This is a lovely place on the outskirts of Nauders. It is near to but set away from the main Reschen Pass road. Considering the amount of traffic using the ReschenPass the noise from the road is quiet and did not disturb us at all. Moni (who speaks excellent English) and her mother were first-rate hosts and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. The balcony is huge, has its own small table and chairs plus a great view (see photo). There is also a clothes horse if you need to dry anything off. The apartment itself is spacious and well maintained with all the cooking implements, plates and cutlery you might need. Having read some of the reviews mentioning dated furniture I was a little apprehensive but everything was perfectly fine and in good working condition. The apartment is part of a working farm and thus surrounded by green fields as well as mountain views. The apartment is on a lovely walking path which heads down to a rock-climbing area and an open-air display of some old tanks plus the very pretty Festung Nauders which is a fortress carved into the mountain side. I had a few issues with my car and Moni was really helpful in contacting various mechanics and garages. There is space to park your car, plus my kids loved the cat and the four kittens (staying in the garage) who were only 2 weeks old when we visited in August. There is a car mechanic at the end of the road and you are a ten minute drive away from both Italy and Switzerland. The town centre of Nauders is a few hundred metres away with two large supermarkets each with their own car park. The Spar has a large playground next door (see photo) which was a hit with the children. I would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again. Thank you to Moni and her mother for a really great stay!

Negative: One of the bathroom sinks seemed to develop a small leak. Since it was a double sink we simply used the other one. Moni told us that she would repair it after we left.
