Fisherman's dream. But we have repeat guests, so ONLY June, July and October are available at the, Key-ver beach house. This is an oceanfront vacation rental in the world-famous Florida Keys on secluded southern end of Summerland Key, mile marker 25; if you know, you know. The house is an open floor plan with panoramic Atlantic Ocean views and a large wrap-around deck. It includes the best of both worlds: an oceanfront private beach and protected canal dockage with instant access to open water. Enjoy sunrises, the glow of the southern sky at sunset, and the night sky. The Key-ver beach house offers you a home base for fishing, diving, and adventures by sea, quick trips to Key West for tours, shopping, or happy hour and a quiet place to kick back and enjoy island life with a spectacular view.

About the Living Space: The house is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom elevated living space with an open floor plan. Off the main living area are two bedrooms: the ocean view bedroom with a king-size bed, and the palm room, with a canal view and south side window ocean view with a queen-size bed; the palm room has its own private bathroom. The sunroom offers a panaramic ocean view with a day bed that folds out to become queen size as well. Central air, ceiling fans, and tile floors throughout the upper level living area. Enjoy the large upper-level open air deck under which sits an infinity view hot tub and area for shade seekers. A laundry room in which outdoor gear may be stored in the lower level, a bate fridge and an secluded outside shower (with an ocean view) is offered for your enjoyment.
Since our guests return from year to year, the house is available for the months of June, July and October only.

Summary: The house had a magnificent view of the ocean, it had every thing we needed. We fished every day, was easy getting in and out of canal. Would love to come back.
