The Flippin' Good Condo on 30A is completely renovated with all new furnishings.
GOLF CARTS: 6-seater golf cart is included with the condo. 30A is dotted with charming, small beach towns like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach, which are designed with narrow streets and limited parking. Golf carts fit easily into tight spots and are easier to maneuver than cars. The laid-back, vacation-oriented vibe of 30A lends itself to cruising around in an open-air golf cart. It's a fun, social way to get around, whether you're heading to the beach, a farmer’s market, or dinner.
BEACH: ONLY a 5 minute walk and you'll be on the white sand beaches of the gulf coast. All of the beach essentials are included in your rental including beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, coolers and 4 beach towels. The beach items are located in a locked storage closet just to the right of the front door to the unit.
ENTERTAINMENT: 4 bikes included in rental. This condo is situated perfectly in the middle of 30A, only 1.5 miles to the famous beachside town of Seaside.
LIVING ROOM: The living room includes a sofa with a chase lounge, pull-out full size bed and leather recliner. Also included is a 65in Roku TV.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made everything so easy. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit, promptly answering any questions we had. The condo itself was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the great location. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
