Summary: Refrigerator door was very looseWater filter for the refrigerator needed to be replaced. Did not use ice maker or water dispenser.Kitchen light fixture had burned out bulbKitchen table cloth was stained with black inkLower level bedroom door does not closeNeed written instructions for thermostat. Just had words written on the wall next to the device that were of little help. Had to get Cymax in Florida to adjust the temperature remotely.
