There are 100’s of kms of running, hiking, biking and quading trails accessed from the house. Being surrounded by so many trails for running, hiking, biking, and quading is a dream for anyone who loves outdoor activities. A fantastic vacation property to enjoy both the tranquility of the lake and the adventure of exploring the surrounding trails.
Motor boats are allowed between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm. The community of Lake Rosen appreciates and enforces "no wake boats". Lake Koocanusa is a short 10 minute drive away.
