Master bedroom has its own full bath and a queen bed flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. 3rs bedroom has 1 king and 1 queen with flat screen tvThere is a large living room, kitchen dining area, sun room with queen fold out couch and an enclosed back porch. Brand new outdoor kitchen! includes a flat top gill, charbroiler, commercial pizza oven (commercial fryer not for guest use!!!!) for all to enjoy. This home has it 2 floating docks that you can pull your boat up to AND an inground heated pool with a screen enclosure. Home offers smart tvs, WIFI, Washer and Dryer, 2 kayaks to use at your leisure and the putdoor kitchen You can rent a pontoon for the week, go out to the local sandbar in the middle of the gulf, enjoy it just like a beach, take a small grill and make a day of it in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico. Also honeymoon island state park and beach is only 30 minutes away ,World famous Clearwater beach is right at 1 hour away directly down state road 19. You can also make a day of it and go to orlando that is less than 2 hrs away to disney world. Great location and a very affordable price. NON SMOKING
