The first floor bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin over full bunkbed. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.
On the second floor you'll find 2 bedrooms.
The first features queen bedroom with full tub/shower bathroom. This room also has a balcony that looks over the pool.
Just down the hall is the master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with stand-up shower. You will also find a clothes iron and iron board located in the master closet. This room has a balcony with chairs where you can sit and feel the ocean breezes, but there is no view of the ocean from this balcony.
The top floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room with queen sofa bed, and powder room. You also have an amazing view of the beach, gulf, and pier from this balcony. Please note that this home does not have an elevator.
There is one dedicated parking spot and 3 overflow spots that are on a first come/first serve basis. Please do not park on the grass.
