This lovely Beach house has been completely redone inside and out. This is a very big home for nettles island at 1400 square ft. It has an open floor plan with a large kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, and lots of counter space. It has a dinning room table for up to 6 people and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a queen bed with a walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with large closet. 3rd bedroom will sleep 2 people it has a Daybed with a trundle and a large 65” smart TV. Large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. There is a gas grill and chairs so you can sit outside on the porch. Enjoy lots of amenities that Nettles has to offer including basketball, pickle ball, tennis, shuffle board, horseshoes, ping-pong ball, and 18 hole mini golf course and don’t forget the awesome Beach! There is a marina with boat ramp, 2 large heated swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. There is a grocery store on the island and a really good restaurant “Saunders Landings”. Watch the beautiful sunrise on the beach and the breathtaking sunset across the Indian river waterway.

Summary: Home was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to us. We stayed with our two kids and they loved having their own rooms. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
