Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very nice location. The heated pool was incredible. Beds very comfortable. Location and amenities easy to get to either walking or short drive. We would book again.

Negative: I felt the host did not get back to us in a timely matter, however we were able to reach during the day by telephone. The pool was open and heated with a lot of people using it. We were told we had to pay a $40 US charge per day for them to turn the heat on in the pool, which was confusing. When we called we were told there were supposed to be cards to get into the pool. They were not so we did get them from the clubhouse. Unfortunately the kids water park was only for members, we asked to pay to use it, in good faith the property allowed for the one day.

Summary: I would recommend and possibly contact the property directly to use all ammenities.
