Prachtig, ruim en smaakvol ingericht huis verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen, van alle gemakken voorzien met fenomenaal uitzicht en riante balkons op het westen en zuiden.
4,5 slaapkamers , 3 badkamers (met toilet, douche en ligbad), apart toilet. 2 open keukens. Wifi.

Prachtig gelegen huis met daarin beschikbaar 2 appartementen midden in de natuur met prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels en het dorpje Schwalefeld gesitueerd op nog geen 2 kilometer van Willingen. Heerlijke balkons op het westen en het zuiden.
Het huis en de appartementen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien zoals vaatwassers, alle keukenapparatuur, Nespresso, 2 wasmachines, droger, stofzuiger, Wifi, satelliet TV, heerlijke boxspring bedden voorzien van dekbedden. Voor de kids een spannend stapelbed waar overigens volwassenen ook prima in kunnen slapen dankzij de bedmaat van 90X200. In het bovenappartement en in het trappenhuis treft men de garderobe aan en via een ruime hal de slaapkamers, de badkamers met douche en toilet, de riante woonkamers met prachtig uitzicht en een open keuken. In de woonkamer van het appartement beneden is voorts een uitklapbaar volwaardig en comfortabel queensize bed. Het huis is in 2015 en 2024 volledig gerenoveerd.
Vrij parkeren tot voor de deur. Minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Via een trap vanaf de parkeerplaats bereikt men het appartement. Het is mogelijk met de auto tot vlak achter het huis te komen voor het laden en lossen van bagage.
Geschikt voor 10 personen. Eigen opgang en alle kamers en de appartementen zijn binnendoor te bereiken, dus privacy gewaarborgd. Oppervlakte ongeveer 155m2.
De Buurt
Het pittoreske Schwalefeld is een dorpje net buiten de gezellige drukte van het bekende dorp Willingen gelegen in het Sauerland. Zowel ‘s zomers als 's winters heerlijk toeven. Skiën, langlaufen, schaatsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, golf, tennis, zwemmen, zomer rodelbaan, karten, watersport (Diemelsee ligt op 10 kilometer afstand) en nog veel meer! Om eindeloos te genieten van rust en ruimte. Maar ook om actief te zijn tot het bedrijven van topsport aan toe !
Vervoer
Zowel ‘s zomers als ‘s winters prima per auto bereikbaar. Willingen is per trein bereikbaar volgens een vaste dienstregeling. Het station ligt op circa 5 kilometer van het appartement. Voor het appartement is een bushalte. Dus met openbaar vervoer is het appartement praktisch tot de voordeur te bereiken. Daarnaast rijden er in en rond Willingen veel taxi’s die je tegen een geringe vergoeding snel en veilig overal heen brengen.

Minder geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Via de trap vanaf het parkeerterrrein bereikt men het appartement. Het is mogelijk om met de auto tot vlak achter het appartent te komen voor het laden en lossen van bagage. Hier mag de auto niet blijven staan.
