On the ground floor is the living room with cable TV, a music system and a comfortable seating area. The spacious bathroom with a floor-level shower offers the convenience of a washer. The large kitchen with access to the terrace (4 filter size) equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
