The house can accommodate up to 6 people and extends over two floors. In the lower floor there is a spacious living area with sofa and 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV, a radio and an open kitchen with electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dinette. Also located on the ground floor one bedroom with two single beds and an additional TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase is a mezzanine with sofa bed and another bedroom with double bed and sofa bed can be reached. The cottage has insect screens in front of the windows and central heating. Also available: travel cot and high chair, furnished terrace with barbecue, sun loungers, sitting area in the garden, bicycle storage room.
In Waldrandlage, on a 4 acre plot are located next to the house and the horse stable of the owner a 105 sqm holiday home for up to 6 people and upstairs of the farm building a small apartment for two people. Around the house and apartment are available to guests about 1,000 square meters of natural land. The entire property is ideal for a riding holiday, as your own horses travel with you and can be accommodated on site. In addition to the house are two guest horse boxes (for a fee, 8 EUR / day / pet), which can be used by tenants of the apartment on request. Paddocks for the pasture of the accompanying horses are also available.On the large nature plot are also a small petting zoo, a small playground and in summer an idyllic orchard with lawn, which can be used by the guests.The further equipment details of the house or the apartment can be found in the room description.
